Many of the resaurants in the neighborhood near the hotel and convention center close around 7pm. For food options after 7pm, Beale Street is a 15 minute walk or trolley ride from the Convention Center and full of culture. Please be aware that to enter the Beale Street business district after 9pm on Friday or Saturday, you may be asked to show your ID and be subject to hand-held metal detectors and bag search.
There is a trolley line conveniently located on the doorstep of the hotel that’s a quick ride right into the heart of Memphis.
The Main Street Rail Line operates from 6:45 a.m.-12:00 a.m. Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-12:00 a.m. Saturday and from 10 a.m.-6:00 p.m. on Sunday (operating every 12 minutes). Base trolley fares are $1 per ride and daily passes can be purchased for $2.00. The easiest way to ride is to download the GO901 Mobile App (Google, Apple).
