The NAIGC Spirit of Leadership Scholarship recognizes undergraduate gymnasts who exemplify leadership, initiative, and a deep commitment to strengthening the NAIGC community. Our selection process is designed to be fair, transparent, and inclusive, and to reflect the many ways leadership shows up across our organization.
The Spirit of Leadership Scholarship is open to any incoming or current full-time undergraduate gymnast with demonstrated leadership, who will be an undergraduate student and actively participate in the NAIGC for the duration of the scholarship period.
The scholarship recipient will receive $2,000 towards their tuition.
In working to advance our mission to provide maximum opportunity in the sport of gymnastics, the NAIGC is pleased to offer an Underrepresented Athlete Scholarship (UAS). The UAS recipient will receive $2,000 towards their tuition.

Your gift directly empowers the next generation of NAIGC gymnasts: championing equity, celebrating diversity, and ensuring that every athlete has the chance to find their place in our beloved community.
All contributions to the NAIGC Scholarship Fund go directly to supporting undergraduate athletes. These dollars are completely independent from the broader NAIGC budget. Your donation has an immediate and tangible impact, expanding access, increasing diversity, and ensuring that our community continues to grow in inclusivity and opportunity. Thank you for helping us invest in the athletes who represent the future of the NAIGC.
Competing in NAIGC as a gymnast of color gave me confidence and community, even as an individual competitor. The support and energy from other teams created a fun, exciting sense of belonging, and this scholarship allowed me to continue my journey while affirming that representation matters. I hope my presence helps open doors for those who follow.
