NAIGC Rules and Educational Material
Interested in competing? The NAIGC welcomes gymnasts of all ages, genders, and skill levels to compete in any or all disciplines! Check out our educational materials for guidelines on routines and skill progression, examples of routines, quickguides and posters, Judging cheat sheets and more on our website. Host a Competition
The NAIGC encourages and supports member clubs in hosting their own events by providing communication resources, support obtaining judging, and free access to our scoring and registration software! If you are interested in hosting a competition, you can add your event to our website by visiting https://registration.naigc.org/addMeet. You can also email our discussion server discussion@naigc.org with a blurb about your event to help spread the word to other clubs. If you are not on our discussion list server, please join it by scrolling to the bottom of https://naigc.org/email-sign-up/ and selecting ‘join group’. The NAIGC also provides information and support to help you find judges for your event with information regarding who to contact, what to say, expected costs, and more. Visit https://naigc.org/finding-judges/ and select your state for assistance obtaining judges. Finally, the NAIGC provides free access to our registration and scoring software for all member clubs. If you are interested in having your competition sanctioned by the NAIGC, please visit https://naigc.org/sanctioning-information/. Benefits of having your competition sanctioned include free NAIGC awards, access to discounted hotel bookings, insurance support, formal certification by the NAIGC, real time support from an NAIGC representative, and potential access to our Healthcare Team. The NAIGC partners with gym hosts to provide unique competition offerings and holistic support to our membership. 

Start a New Club
Starting a new club? Email info@naigc.org to get a copy of our free New Club Starter Kit, containing information and resources to help you start your club on the right path! We also provide individualized support with an NAIGC representative. If you would like to join an already existing club, check out our list of current clubs at https://naigc.org/clubs/ for contact information and more. We also encourage high school gymnasts interested in continuing gymnastics in college to reach out to us for assistance finding the right club to join!

Communication- Stay Up to Date
Stay in the loop with information regarding upcoming events, new rules, policy changes, and more by signing up for our monthly announcement emails and discussion server at https://naigc.org/email-sign-up/. You can also follow us on Instagram at @NAIGCgymnastics for updates and information. We host frequent Office Hours via Instagram Live to give membership the opportunity to ask questions and get instant feedback. We also host Town Halls to disseminate large amounts of information to the membership and to get feedback. Previous topics have included: Competition and Rules structure, club fundraising ideas, major changes to the NAIGC, and more.

We also disseminate relevant information via our volunteer and elected Region Leaders. The NAIGC consists of seven regions, each with Coordinators and Representatives to facilitate communication, plan events, and assist clubs. Fundraising Assistance
Need help fundraising for your club? Our fundraising team can assist individual clubs with fundraising ideas and plans upon request. Email info@naigc.org for more information. College Scholarships 
The NAIGC is proud to offer four scholarships each year to athletes graduating high school that are planning to join an NAIGC club team in college. For more information and details on our scholarships and applications, please visit https://naigc.org/scholarships/.

Annual National Championships 
The NAIGC hosts National Championships every Spring, at varying locations across the United States. All of the following disciplines are offered, along with all levels for each discipline. 

  • Women’s Artistic Gymnastics: Four levels of competition: Xcel Silver, Xcel Platinum, USAG Level 8, and USAG level 9.
  • Men’s Artistic Gymnastics: Three levels of competition: USAG Level 7, USAG Level 9, and Modified NCAA.
  • Unified Artistic Gymnastics: A unique offering that allows gymnasts to pick and choose any number of WAG and MAG events in a single competition.
  • Decathlon: A unique offering for gymnasts to compete all WAG and all MAG events in a single competition.
  • Trampoline & Tumbling: Individual and Synchronized Trampoline, Double Mini Trampoline and Power Tumbling in 3 levels ranging from beginners to experienced.
