There will be up to 6 preliminary sessions on Thursday and Friday and a single finals session on Saturday. Competitors warm up a single event and then compete that event before proceeding to the next event.

T&T will offer all 4 competitive events (Individual and Synchro Trampoline, Double Mini Trampoline and Power Tumbling) at Nationals 2024. There will be sessions of T&T competition on both Thursday and Friday. There will be no finals offered.Â
All awards will be presented at the banquet on Saturday evening.
