Nationals 2026 Registration

Nationals 2026 Registration Deadlines:
* We’ve simplified our fee structure so the individual registration fee now includes any additional disciplines and team scores. Banquet tickets can also now be bought by both members and non-members.
Regular Deadline: (Feb 2, 2026 @ 11:59pm CT)
- Individual Registration Fee: $165
- Banquet Ticket: $65
Late Deadline: (Feb 16, 2026 @ 11:59pm CT)
- Individual Registration Fee: $215
- Banquet Ticket: $80
No registration will be allowed after Feb 16.
Correction Period: (Feb 17 – March 18 @ 11:59pm CT)
- Correct athlete events on My Registrations page (Free)
- Correct athlete level on My Registrations page ($10)
- Add a discipline or change registered club via Update Form ($10)
- Swap an injured athlete for another athlete within the same level and discipline via Update Form($30)

Nationals Individual Fees Explained:
The three disciplines we are offering at NAIGC Nationals 2026 are:
- Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG)
- Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG)
- Trampoline and Tumbling (TnT)
All of these disciplines are included with the Nationals fee. Each individual can register for any number of these disciplines.
In addition, team placements are included for everyone. Every team (all members from a given club in the same level and placement category) will be considered for finals (if offered) and team awards.
IN ADDITION TO NATIONALS FEES ABOVE:
- All competing individuals must pay an annual membership fee ($50)
- All participating coaches must pay an annual coach membership ($40)
- All clubs must pay an annual club membership ($100)

Refunds:
Fees paid for NAIGC Nationals are eligible for a refund per the timeline below:
- Requests submitted on or before March 18, 2026 are eligible for a full refund (minus transaction/processing fees)
- Requests submitted after March 18, 2026: 75% of fees will be refunded (minus transaction/processing fees) only if there are extenuating circumstances, such as unavoidable travel issues, sickness, injury, bereavement, or similar catastrophic life events. Refunded athletes will still receive check-in materials (badge, t-shirt, etc.) if they (or someone they appoint) are present
- NAIGC Club and Individual membership fees are not refundable or transferable. Errors in purchasing may be addressed if reported within a reasonable time frame.
- Admissions to NAIGC Nationals is non-refundable.
To request a refund for Nationals registration fees, please complete this form. You will not receive a confirmation that your request was received beyond a copy of the form. Refunds will be processed no later than 1 week after the completion of Nationals.
